| because China makes it way too much of a hassle. And Xanga is ugly. After drifting from one blog service to another as China shuts off access to one after another, I'm currently situated myself here: http://blogs.glimpseabroad.org/Genghiskhan
I hope this one lasts because A) www.glimpseabroad.org is a cool site I used to write articles for and B) the template is nice, even though everyone blogging here has no choice in the matter. But it makes sense to me because it's really part of the online magazine, and should be kept consistent with the overall design theme. Anyway, check it out, it's about life in Beijing, working for a Chinese company, and so on. |

| I Tenretni, evil overlord of the Internet underworld, have taken out the Pacific backbone thus preventing those piratical Asians from copying any more of that corrupt sinful Western 'intellectual property' and 'cultural artefacts.' From now till at least February all internet connections in Asia will thoroughly suck because that is my will. So Slovenia is switching to the Euro completely in a couple weeks. I was a little sad about this only because I liked how they put writers on their currency, and that this unique quality of Slovenia would be lost... but fear not! They've gotten permission to create Euros with their own themes engraved--and writers will still be one of them. Good work Slovenia!
